Itâ€™s an Internet threat making its way around the country, and now itâ€™s hitting in Oklahoma.
The threats come from an Internet flyer calling for the â€śOklahoma purge.â€ť Itâ€™s in reference to the 2013 movie by the same name where all crime, including murder, is legal for one night.
According to the flyer, the Oklahoma purge will take place on Aug. 30 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Aug. 31. Law Enforcement officers in the state are aware of the flyer and are monitoring the situation.

The Pushmataha County Chamber of Commerce Relay For Life Team, sponsored by the Hungry Horse Cafe in Antlers, will hold a â€śBurger Dayâ€ť at the cafe (101 West Main) on Friday, August 15th.
For every burger basket that is purchased during the event, which lasts all day, The Hungry Horse Cafe will donate 25% of those sales to our Relay For Life Team.

As of today, HWY 271 south of Clayton is now back open.
Following a complete closure of that section of HWY 271 earlier this month due top a landslide, repairs have been made and lanes are now open to the public.
