Game Wardens have busy week

November 3, 2011

With deer season upon us, and many hunters roaming around in the woods, it is no wonder that the Game Wardens of Pushmataha County have been rather busy this past week. Pushmataha County is a popular area for not only residents of the area but for others as well.

This past week, October 27 through October 30, Game Wardens got several individuals for hunting with motor vehicles, head lighting, transporting loaded firearms, hunting without valid licensing, hunting without valid deer tags and hunting with aid of a motorized conveyance.

October 27, 2011

The middle of August, I realized that a fibrotic cyst I had been watching through mammograms each year had started growing larger. I felt an urgency to find out--I knew if something was growing, something had to be done as quickly as possible. It was time for my yearly mammogram, so I arranged for one on August 31. The mammogram did show the cyst was larger so as soon as I got the report back, I made an appointment with the doctor for Thursday, September 15.
