F.B. Gregg was born April 15, 1924 in Pushmataha County to Thomas M. and Lilly (Gideon) Gregg. He passed from this life June 3, 2012 in New Bern, NC, at the age of 88. F.B. married Betty Jo Ridgway on September 4, 1948. Together, they raised three children and remained married for almost 56 years until her passing in 2004. F.B. & Betty were members of First Baptist Church in Aransas Pass, TX., where they resided for over forty years. He attended Warden Grove F.W.B. Church in Lowland, NC., since moving to that area. Jack Truston Cantrell was born November 15, 1988 in Ingleside, TX., to Helen Sacred-Horsesghost and the late Joe M. Cantrell. He passed from this life suddenly on May 7, 2012 at the age of 23. He spent most of his young life in Oklahoma before he moved to Colorado where he worked as a skilled laborer at NCI Moving and Storage. Jack was a gift to us all. He was a loving and respected son, brother and uncle who will be greatly missed.
Audrey Lydia Lember was born August 14, 1925 in Los Angeles, CA., to Frank A. and Mabel (Fraser) Williams. She passed from this life on May 16, 2012 in Paris, TX, at the age of 86. Audrey married Charles Robert Lember on September 4, 1946 at the Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, CA., and together they raised three children. Audrey worked for Ducommon, a distributor of metals, during World War II. She later worked for Sanyo in the Marketing Department. Audrey was a member of the Rainbow Girls, and she enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, and bicycling.
Lela G. Taylor was born June 3, 1913 in Tulsa to Christopher and Cora (Moss) Quaid. She passed from this life May 10, 2012 in Antlers at the age of 98. Lela had been a resident of the Antlers area for many years. Her hobbies included quilting, sewing, & gardening, and she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Lela was preceded in death by her husband: L. A. Taylor; daughter: Janell (Taylor) Hall; and parents: Christopher & Cora Quaid. She is survived by her son: Minal Taylor of Las Vegas, NV; as well as many friends.
Rebecca Pearl Noah was born February 9, 1917 in Finley, to Josephus M. and Rena Pearl (Miller) Sherred. She passed from this life May 3, 2012 in Antlers, at the age of 95. Rebecca was married to Webster Noah until his passing on August 25, 1993. She worked in many different positions, working as a seamstress, and she was also employed at the Naval Ammunition Depot in McAlester, until she earned her Master's Degree in Education. Rebecca spent her entire teaching career as an elementary teacher at the Teec Nos Pos Boarding School in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, working there until her retirement.
