It was a great day to be a Bearcat.
Following an inspiring pep rally Thursday afternoon at Antlers Elementary, the Antlers Little League Bearcats found themselves pumped up and ready for Saturday morning football. They faced off against the Hugo Buffaloes at Antlers field in a scrimmage against their long time rivals. The 3rd & 4th Grade and 5th & 6th grade teams respectively paired up to battle their opposing teams. It was an event that did not disappoint fans.
The Antlers Bearcats traveled to Wilburton to face the Diggers last Friday night. Although the Bearcats played hard through all four quarters, they fell to the Diggers in the end. The final score was Wilburton 40 - Antlers 18.
