December 21st
Family members, friends, and fans traveled to Coalgate Tuesday the 11th to watch our Bearcats take on the Wildcats. In the first quarter our Bearcats started off strong with Sr. Bryce Martin shooting 60 from the field with 9 points 4 rebounds and 2 assists in the first half.

Last Tuesday night as the crowd filled the Antlers High School gymnasium the Lady Cats took the home court for the first time of the season. The Lady Cats came prepared to play and at the end of the first quarter the score was Antlers with a small lead at 16 points-Boswell 12, the Lady Scorpions were not going to quit and by the half had closed the lead to 1, as it was 27-26.
On December 6th, 7th and 8th, the Bearcats traveled to Talihina to participate in the Choctaw Nation Invitational Tournament.
The first round of play we were set to play Central, who would prove to be a team to beat as they would go on to play Rattan in the Championship round. Central won against the Bearcats with a final score of 58-59.
In the Second Round of play they were matched with the Wister Wildcats and with a 63-55 victory for the Bearcats, they advanced into the 3rd Round of play for Consolation.

Lady Cats traveled to Wilburton last Friday night for the season opener. The Lady Cats came out with a bang and thanks to 3 for 3 on three point shots by Senior Chelsi Thomas, at the end of the first quarter, the score was tied at 14-14. Both teams came to play and at the half, the Lady Diggers were up 26-23.
Marlee Williams, a Sr. at Antlers High School and daughter of David and Dorothy Williams, represented the cheerleading squad in the 2012 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City this year.
Marlee is co-captain of the Antlers High School Cheerleading Squad. Marlee was nominated to, and made, the All-American squad at Cheer Camp this past summer. Members of the All-American squad are eligible to be in the parade. There were over 700 girls representing cheerleading squads form all across the nation.
