4-H Re-enrollment to begin Jan. 1st

December 6, 2012

All current 4-H members who wish to be in 4-H for the 2013 year will need to re-enroll beginning January 1, 2013. We also invite any youth ages 9-19 who aren’t in 4-H to come join our program. The cost is $1.00 for the year. This covers activity insurance for the members. Your school’s club leader will receive a re-enrollment form for each current 4-H member in that school’s club. Each parent will need to review the form for changes, sign and return to your club leader. If you are home schooling you may get the enrollment form on line at www.oces.okstate.edu/pushmataha or stop by the extension office at 306 SW B Street in Antlers and we will be happy to assist you. If you plan to show animals under 4-H at the livestock show in March, You must enroll for the 2013 program year to be eligible. Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service offers it programs to all eligible persons regardless of race, sex, age, disability, or status as a veteran, and is an equal opportunity employer.
