Should punishments be more sever or are they too tough now?

No, I do not believe there is enough being done in Pushmataha County for Animal Cruelty. I am seeing it everyday in this town, why is there not a Dog Catcher in this town? I haven't seen an Ad for a replacement either. This town needs to clean up it's act and do something!!! ASAP!!!

I strongly agree with bobbie that the animal cruelty is still seen in many areas of Pushmataha County. I hope that the local government organizations will act accordingly to be able to prevent these cases of animal cruelty.
