Antlers man charged with rape and incest

On Friday, February 24, 2012, Mardieth Neil Farrell of Antlers was charged with four felony counts. These charges were First Degree Rape, Sodomy, Incest and Sexual Battery.

Due to the sensitive nature, and to protect the victim or victims, court documents for this case are not available at this time.

Farrell will appear in court on March 6, 2012 with proof of counsel. The Preliminary hearing conference is set for March 21, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. with Judge Jana Wallace presiding. A $100,000 bond was placed and if paid no contact with the victim is allowed.
