Birchfield to play for Lady Savage Storm

Megan Birchfield, shown here with Southeastern Coach Ron Faubion, will be attending Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant this fall where she will be playing softball for the Lady Savage Storm.

“I am so excited for the opportunity to continue playing a game I love and to have the chance to compete with such a great team,” Birchfield said.

The Lady Savage Storm finished their season with a #2 National ranking and a record of 45-9.

Megan has played varsity athletics for the Rattan Lady Rams for the past 4 years where she has been a part of 3 State Championships in Slow-Pitch Softball and 7 consecutive Academic State Championships in Fall and Spring Softball and Basketball.
