Edwina Manon “Nonnie” (Harper) Horn

Edwina Manon Horn was born April 7, 1955 in Antlers to Edwin and Laverne (Bell) Harper. She passed from this life June 18, 2012 in Tulsa at the age of 57. Manon was a member of Antlers First Baptist Church. She was involved in Relay for Life and enjoyed reading, antiquing, Scrabble, camping, & gardening. Manon loved spending time with her family and friends. Manon was preceded in death by her grandparents: Vida & Doyle Bell; and a brother: Paul Harper. She is survived by her children: Mylene Sutton & husband Mickey of Metter, GA, and Christopher Gibson & wife Julie of Antlers; grandchildren: Brittany Dawn Miller-Lopez, Lauren Manon Gibson, Tiffany Funderburk, Shane Sutton, & Mickayla Sean Sutton; parents: Edwin & Laverne Harper of Antlers; brother: Neil Brent Harper & wife Barbara of Antlers; sisters: Melanie Harper of Hawaii and Becky Johnson & husband Kenny of Lewisville, TX; as well as many other relatives and friends. Family Night will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Mills & Coffey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Antlers First Baptist Church with Christopher Gibson & Andrew Mack officiating. Music will include: Chantri Harper – “What Faith Can Do”, Brittany Miller-Lopez & Lauren Gibson – “Blessings”, Jason Lee – Instrumental Violin, & Leigh Peters – Pianist. Pallbearers will be: Jason Lee, Chris Gilliam, Danny Miller, Daniel Miller, Jim Harris, Tony Demrey, Cameron Scales, and Chuck Battles. Honorary Pallbearers are: Gary Verhelp, Phillip Howell, Paden Harper, Taylor Hammons, and All Clients of People, Inc. Interment will follow at Antlers City Cemetery.
