Janice Yuvone Watson was born August 4, 1974 in Antlers to Jerry and Esther Denise (Smith) Watson. She passed from this life April 12, 2011 in Antlers at the age of 36. Janice was a member of Kosoma Church. She enjoyed outdoor activities, such as arrowhead hunting and being on the river. She really liked to swim. Janice was devoted to her elderly friends, always checking to make sure they were taken care of. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter, Brittany and her constant companion, Katie. Janice was preceded in death by her grandparents: Virginia Smith, LeeRoy Hilton, and Buddy & Jean Watson; great-grandparents: Herbert & Mary Alice Vipperman; uncles: James Roberts, Eugene Roberts, & Leon Roberts. She is survived by her significant other: Steven Garrett of the home; daughter: Brittany Jean Olson of Alma, AR; grandparent: Betty Hilton of Dunbar; parents: Denise & Frank Hilton of Antlers and Jerry Watson of CA; sister: Heather Derby & husband, Tony of Durant; aunts: Diane Smith, Irene Roberts, & Pearlie Ditzler of Antlers, Thelma Ott of Hartshorne; niece: Cedar Derby of Durant; and close friend: Christine Ashcraft of Antlers; as well as many other relatives and friends. Memorial services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the Kosoma Cemetery with Loyd Boren officiating. Musical selections included: “Will The Circle Be Unbroken” and “The Dance.” Interment followed at the Kosoma Cemetery in Kosoma.
