Jerry Herbert LaMothe

Jerry Herbert LaMothe was born March 19, 1936 in Newberry, MI., to George and Fern Ann (St. John) LaMothe. He passed from this life July 17, 2011, at the age of 75. Jerry served his country in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division during the Korean Conflict. He married Lenora Stephens in California and together, they raised two children. Jerry worked as a foreman and supervisor on numerous construction jobs. When Jerry wasn’t working, he was enjoying his favorite sport of hunting. He also loved spending time with his family & friends. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents: George & Fern LaMothe; a granddaughter: Heather Marie Wilson; and great-grandson: Cadden James Wilson. He is survived by his wife: Lenora of the home; children: Donald Everett LaMothe & wife Patsy of Abilene, KS., and Lois Marie Wilson & husband Kent of Antlers; grandchildren: Justin Peter LaMothe, Amanda Jo Fredericks, Ashley Louise Monroe, & Wayne Eugene Wilson; great-grandchild: Alexis Fredericks; as well as many other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at the Mills & Coffey Chapel with Pastor Larry Crawford officiating.
