John R. Huffman

John R. Huffman was born February 21, 1967 in Yuma, AZ, to Don Roy and Helen Lee (Hayes) Huffman. He passed from this life January 19, 2013, in Antlers, at the age of 45. John married Linda K. Smith on August 6, 2012 at the Tulsa County Courthouse. He had lived in the Antlers area for the past 30 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church. John enjoyed art drawings, drum playing, listening to music, and traveling. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. John was preceded in death by his uncle: Kenneth Huffman; nephew: Christopher Richards. He is survived by his wife: Linda of the home; father: Don Huffman of Yuma, AZ; mother: Helen Huffman of Antlers; brother: Michael D. Huffman & wife Bobbie Jo of Antlers; sister: Betsy K. Richards of California; aunt: Carol Huffman of Antlers; as well as many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 25, 2013 at Antlers First Baptist Church with Reverend Aaron Reed officating.
