Man arrested for child endangerment

State Trooper Tommy Richardson was called to Headquarters about a vehicle in McCurtain County that was heading westbound on State HWY 3. The passenger in the vehicle was on the phone with headquarters saying that the driver was drunk and wouldn’t stop and let her and the 4 year old child they had with them out of t he vehicle. The vehicle was described to headquarters and Trooper Richardson made contact with the vehicle.

Wilson was transported to Pushmataha County Jail for: Child endangerment (DUI or APC while transporting a child - FELONY), Transporting an open container of intoxicating beverage or low-point beer; Operating a vehicle while ability impaired by alcohol, and Operating a vehicle in which all taxes due to this state have not been paid.
