Obuch Middle School Holds Can Drive For Tornado Victims

April 29, 2011

On April 21, 2011, Mrs. Willis’ science classes at Obuch Middle School in Antlers had a canned food drive for the Tushka tornado victims. The classes competed to see who could bring the most can goods. Altogether, close to 500 cans were donated by the students and their parents. The 6th hour six grade class won the competition by bringing 228 cans. They were rewarded Friday with popcorn and a movie.
