Phillip Wayne Sutterfield Chambers Jr. passed from this life on Friday, February 7, 2014 in McAlester. Phillip was born November 24, 1995 to Phillips Wayne Chambers, Sr. and Celilia Maquatta Daleen Sutterfield in Oklahoma City. Phillip was a Junior at Antlers High School. He loved basketball and AG. He was active in his church youth group and a very hard worker. He also helped with the high school football team. Phillip wanted to be a mechanic after he finished school. He is preceded in death by step-father Jesse L Tatum; great-uncle David Sutterfield; great- grandmother Dora Grace Harrington; great-grandma Mary L. Sutterfield; great-grandpa James David; uncle Ted Addington; and great- uncle Tommy England. Phillip leaves behind his mother Cecilia Sutterfield of the home; father Phillip Wayne Chambers, Sr. of OKC; brother Devan Michael Chambers; brother Tommy Wayne Chambers; grandfather Michael Edward Sutterfield of Antlers; great-grandfather Cecil L. Sutterfield of Antlers; grandmother Linda Kay Sutterfield of OKC; great-grandmother Betty L. Holden of OKC; great-grandfather Kenneth Harrington of Norman; grandparents Bobby & Kathy Chambers of OKC; aunt Amber Kirkley of Antlers; uncle Timmy Chambers & wife of Ft. Worth, TX; aunt Diana Hatfield of Blanchard; uncle Frank Sutterfield & wife Amada of Antlers; uncle John Sutterfield of Tulsa; uncle Bruce Sutterfield of Kansas; uncle Bill Addington of Tecumseh; uncle Doug Sutterfield of Antlers; cousins: Kali Heffron, Kevin Heffron, Tiffany Chambers, Kyle Chambers, Tyler Chambers, Bralynn Cessna, & Ashlynn Cessna; friend, Jennifer Smith of Antlers as well as numerous other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 15, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at the Antlers High School Auditorium with Gerald Cox officiating. Pallbearers include: Frank Sutterfield, Bruce Sutterfield, Bobby Bridges, Trenton Head, Travis Ferguson, Timmy Chambers, Bob Burgess, Devan Chambers, and Tommy Chambers. Interment will follow at Antlers Cemetery.
