Red River Jr. Golf ends season

The Red River Jr. Golf held it's Championship Tournament on Monday, July 9th at the Paris Country Club. There were 57 young golfers at this event. Some of the player had not qualified for the Championship trophies but received medals if they placed.

The Red River Jr. Golf had 2 Players to receive Scholarships. N'Kele Brown of Valliant, Oklahoma and Zach McEwin of Paris, Texas. These young men have showed good sportsmanship and have been as asset to the program. We wish them all the best.

Co-Ed: 1st - Jacob Peralta - Pattonville, Tx - 45, 2nd - Mason Napier - Paris, Tx - 47, 3rd - Tyler Nottingham - Paris, Tx - 56.

9-10 Boys: 1st - Jackson Nottingham - Paris, Tx - 43 (won 1st in a playoff), 2nd - Reese Mobley - Paris, Tx - 43, 3rd - Holden Stone - Paris, Tx - 46.

11 - 12 Boys: 1st - Austin Exum - Paris, Tx - 42, 2nd - Layton Wright - Mt Vernon, Tx - 46, 3rd - Blaine Hill - Paris, Tx - 47, 2nd Medal - Jayden Jackson - Idabel, Ok - 44 .

11-13 Girls: 1st - Faith Hughes - Idabel, Ok - 58, 2nd - Reese Grant - Idabel, Ok - 63, 3rd - Lynzee Smith - Grant, Ok - 64.

13 - 14 Boys: 1st - Reno Muggli - Lane, Ok - 93, 2nd - Brantley Hughes - Idabel, Ok - 95, 3rd - Conner Copeland - Hugo, Ok - 100.

14 - 15 Girls: 1st - Rachel Donaldson - Idabel, Ok - 107, 2nd - Danielle Callaway - Paris, Tx - 113, 3rd - Bailee Sanders - Paris, Tx - 128.

15 - 16 Boys: 1st - Andrew Exum - Pars, Tx - 86, 2nd - Jessup Crutchfield - Brookston, Tx - 93 (won 2nd in a playoff), 3rd - Levi Graham - Paris, Tx - 93.

16 - 18 Girls: 1st - Trei Haynes - Kiowa, Ok - 98, 1st Medal - Jessica Vines - Paris, Tx - 87,
3rd Medal - Christine Essary - 119.

17 - 18 Boys: 1st - James Savage - 101

Open Division: 1st - Chase Pasternak - Paris, Tx - 78, 2nd - Tanner Bowden - Paris, Tx - 82 (won 2nd in a playoff), 3rd - N'Kele Brown - Valliant, Ok - 82, 1st Medal - Tanner Napier - Paris, Tx - 72.

The Red River Jr. Golf hosted an Adult/Child Tournament at the Hugo Golf Club on Monday, July 16th. Everyone was invited to play. The 2012 season has been a success due to a great group of children, parents, helpers and golf courses.
