Robert Ephraim Speaks

Robert Ephraim Speaks, age 98, entered into rest on August 6, 2013 at his home in Grandview, WA. He was born to Grover and Cora Lee (Rogers) Speaks in Antlers, where he was raised and educated. He lived in California for a short time until settling in Washington State. He lived in Mabton and farmed grapes until settling in the Prosser/Grandview areas in 1956. In 1951, he went to work as a painter at Hanford until retiring. Roger is survived by his wife, LuciLle Speaks of Grandview, WA; his son, Kenneth Speaks of Grandview, WA; his sisters, Christine Gray, Billie Beal and Tomie Webster, all of Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; & 6 great-great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at the Prosser, WA Cemetery.
