Students to travel to Stillwater to compete in Special Olympics

On Tuesday May 8, 2012, the students participating in the Special Olympics will travel to Stillwater to compete in the State Special Olympics games. Students will compete in track events such as the 50 meter dash, the 25 meter partner walk, the standing long jump, the softball throw and the turbo javelin . This group of students have raised money throughout the year by growing and selling plants, working concession stands, and with business and personal sponsors. The students participating are: Rosana Alba, Corey Bruce, Phillip Chambers, Amber Keath, Crystal Keath, Jerry Linn, Toni Mathis, Kyle Remington, Ashley Rose, Bobby Warren, Breanna Warren, Dani'el Warren, Zachary Warren, and Trevor Wilson.
