Tammy Lynn (Pfaff) Magby, age 51, a Stringtown, resident. She was born on Sunday, January 14, 1962, to Richard and Marilyn Jean (Noah) Pfaff, at Antlers. Tammy passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Lindsay. He graduated high school in Lake Worth, TX. Tammy attended Farris Elementary then graduated in 1981 from Atoka High School. Tammy was a homemaker. She married Hank Earl Magby on October 9, 1997 in Paris, TX She was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. Tammy enjoyed camping, auctions, hunting arrowheads, and just being outdoors. She is survived by her husband, Hank Magby of Stringtown; her children, Megan Dodd and husband Montana of Stringtown, Erik Magby of Stringtown; her step-children, Shana Lowry of Stringtown, Shelli Reeves and husband Chad of McAlester, Heath Magby and wife Linda of Stringtown; her mother, Marilyn Jean (Noah) Pfaff of Farris; her grandmother, Martha Rhodes of Farris; her siblings, T.J. Pfaff and wife Alicia of Farris, Ricky Lee Pfaff of Farris, Lisa Pfaff of Antlers; and her grandchildren, Tayten, Taylor, and Tanner Dodd of Stringtown. Along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Pfaff; her maternal grandfather, John Noah; and her paternal grandparents, Milas and Dovie Pfaff. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Brown’s Funeral Chapel in Atoka. Casketbearers will be Darrell Pfaff, Steve Pfaff, Bill Geary, and Howell Magby. Honorary Casketbearer will be James Smith. Officiating is Bro. Mack Dolchok. Interment will follow at Butler Cemetery in Lane. Condolences may be sent to the family by email to: browns@atoka.net.
