Peggy Sue Rodriguez was born May 16, 1943 in Borger, TX., to Bill and Nettie (Maxey) Moore. She passed from this life on June 19, 2011 in Round Rock, TX., at the age of 68. Peggy met David, a retired professional wrestler, at a wrestling match in Borger, TX. He was tossed out of the ring and landed on her ankle, breaking it. He later bought her a dress and took it to the hospital where he introduced himself. It was love at first sight. Peggy & David later married on July 7, 1960 in Borger, TX. Together they raised two sons and were been married for almost 51 years. They are the owners of Rodriguez Karate Club and Round Rock Carpets. Peggy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents: Bill & Nettie Moore; and brothers: Joe Moore & Billy Wayne Moore. She is survived by her husband of 50 years: David of the home; sons: David Rodriguez, Jr. & wife Christine and Tony Rodriguez & wife Melissa; grandchildren: David Michael Rodriguez, Victoria Rodriguez, Bella Rodriguez, Addie Rodriguez, & Lilly Rodriguez; great-grandchildren: Alyssa Rodriguez, Ashlyn Rodriguez, & Amaya Rodriguez; sisters: Barbra McNair, Patsy Eskue, & Callie Park; as well as many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the Mills & Coffey Chapel in Antlers with Keith Sandford officiating. Musical selections included “Amazing Grace.” Pallbearers included: David Michael Rodriguez, Tony Williams, Lance Williams, Perry Eskue, Chris Eskue and Lucky Recter.
