First Baptist Church burglarized for third time

April 17, 2014

The First Baptist Church in Antlers has been burglarized for the third time in less than two years, but now two of the three parities being charged with the crime are in custody.

Tarron Horner, Savanna Wilson and Cody Leeper, who has yet to be taken into custody, are being charged for the crime.

The First Baptist youth director stated that he came in Sunday, March 30th to find that the sound equipment, keyboards and TV monitors had been stolen.

The church has not been able to replace the equipment and has had to make several adjustments for their youth group but Pastor Aaron Reed has a message for his community.

"I ask them not to be mad at the people that broke in, just to pray for them and just to pray that somehow God would use this to share with them and that God would use it to maybe break their hearts for what they had done," says Pastor Aaron Reed.

The church estimates that close to $10,000 worth of equipment was taken.
