This Saturday, February 18, the Republican Party of Pushmataha County will hold precinct meetings to organize, elect officers, and prepare for the County Convention. All registered Republicans are asked to come and participate. Meeting times and places are as follows: Saturday, Feb. 18, 10 am, at the Clayton Senior Citizens Center â€“ Precinct 9 (Nashoba), Precinct 13 (Honobia), Precinct 15 (Clayton), Precinct 16 (Tuskahoma) and Precinct 17 (Albion); Saturday, Feb. 18, 2 pm, at the Rattan Senior Citizens Center â€“ Precinct 11 (Rattan), Precinct 12 (Sobol), and Precinct 14 (Cloudy); Saturday, Feb. 18, 5 pm, at the Wildlife Heritage Center in Antlers â€“ Precinct 1 (Antlers Church of Christ), Precinct 2 (Antlers Community Building), Precinct 3 (Antlers City Library), Precinct 4 (Antlers Catholic Church), Precinct 5 (Miller), Precinct 7 (Moyers), Precinct 8 (Finley), and Precinct 10 (Snow).
County Republican Chairman, Jim Gentry, stated â€śThis is year two in our effort to get things back on the right path in our country, starting at the grass-roots level. We all know that Push County is a conservative county, but we need to get organized to defeat the current direction of our government and to restore the historic freedoms that citizens of the United States have always enjoyed.
