Superintendent’s Corner: Prom is just around the corner

March 29, 2012

By Cary Ammons, Superintendent @ Antlers Public Schools

Hope all the students and parents enjoyed their Spring Break. We experienced some rainfall during the break but the weather the past week has been spectacular. As we come off of Spring Break, our students are preparing for tests, playing ball games, and getting ready for Prom.

Anthers Public Schools will be having their Jr./Sr. Prim on April 13, 2012. I am certain many parents have spent the past few weekends looking at dresses and shoes, being fitted for tuxedos and preparing with their child for this occasion. I encourage everyone to come out to the Pushmataha County Fair Building to enjoy this wonderful night.

In closing I would like to mention some important dates for our school: April 10 - Testing Window Opens; April 12 - Parent/Teacher Conference from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; and April 13 - Jr/Sr Prom.

Administration, faculty and staff would like to say thanks for you support in our school.
